I have been missing again from here. Bad Manda.

But I have been busy with all sorts of crafty things: knitting, spinning, dyeing, making beads, etc.

Here is some of the latest!!

Vert Handspun Yarn: 132 yards of merino, alpaca & angelina. Fiber from Hobbledehoy, spun by me. Worsted to heavy worsted, will be on etsy.

Cinco de Mayo Handspun Yarn: 126 yards of merino, camel down & angelina. Fiber from Hobbledehoy, spun by me. Worsted weight, will be on Etsy.

I am working on a bunch more handspuns and dye pots too so be on the lookout!

It is the story of my life, just blah. I feel like I am going nowhere and doing nothing, but I really don't care. LOL! I hope I can get out of this funk soon. I fly to Chicago on the 7th for my niece's birthday, so that should help.

Actually March is crazy period....my cousin flies in the 1st to the 5th, I am gone the 7th to the 12th in Chicago and then my aunt flies in the 17th and we go to Miami on the 20th and then it is my brother's birthday on the 30th. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

And I am a miserable bitch when I am sick. I know this and try hard to not be one, but don't succeed. I feel so bad, because my husband is so sweet to me and I am all Godzilla on his ass. Blech. Hopefully this time I can stay someone sane and not go freaky to him. My brother shared his lovely flu germs, but I feel worse for him. He leaves for London tomorrow, nothing like being on a 11-ish hour flight sick and Megan who is going with him has it too. Ick! I loaded them up with Airborne and drugs, hopefully that will help.

I did get some torching done earlier today though, so hopefully will have some pretty beads to look at. They were just plain plunged dots trying out all the awesome silver glasses that Nagi sent me and one focal that I think might be nice.

Well, off to reading trashy mags and eating crap (I am always hungry when I am sick). Don't mind my whining. ;)

We will see how long I can keep up this blog. Sometimes I really need it, it is cheap therapy, other times it can seem like a chore. Time will tell......
